Biography
Jamie Rand is the Senior Managing Director of Prime Asset Fund, based in Tampa, Florida. He oversees investment, lending, and asset management activities focused on distressed and non-performing real estate, commercial real estate, and opportunistic real estate acquisitions. With more than two decades of experience, Mr. Rand has participated in the acquisition, financing, management, and disposition of thousands of assets nationwide and is involved in the repositioning and revitalization of historic commercial real estate assets, including projects in downtown St. Paul.
